This replacement multi-point casement window locking handle fits many North American vinyl window systems that use an 84 mm (3.31") centre-to-centre screw spacing. The lever is a ZAMAC (zinc alloy) casting set in a nylon housing, and a built-in rubber gasket seals the base against the window frame. Turning the lever operates the window's multi-point locking mechanism, so one handle engages the lock at more than one point along the sash. It installs as a drop-in replacement and works with a wide range of multi-point window locks that share this spacing. Often called a casement lock handle, sash lock, window lock lever, or multipoint lock handle.
